How to Rip iTunes Music to MP3

As we known, iTunes Music is in AAC (Advanced Audio Codec) format instead of MP3. Although AAC format is becoming more and more popular and widely used today, it still not as wide-spread as MP3. When users purchase iTunes Music from iTunes Store, some of them would want to rip iTunes Music into MP3 format. How could we do that? Before we provide you with the solution, let’s get to know something about the iTunes Music format.


Part 1. Information About iTunes Music Format

There are mainly two kinds of iTunes Music formats of the purchase of the song from iTunes Store. One is DRM-ed AAC iTunes Music, while another is iTunes Plus format. Note: If you fail to find Create MP3 Version in Convert, you have to go through the following steps to make it show up

Step 1. Go to Edit > Preferences
