First, when the payment is done, you will receive the order email and activation code from us. The activation code will be included in the email attachment file named key.htm. So please download the key.htm file and open it, you will find your activation code there.
If you have not receive an email from us, please check that if you have entered a correct email address for purchasing the software. Normally, the order email and the activation code will be sent to your licensed email directly.

+Q9. Why is the conversion speed so slow? How can I get a faster conversion speed?
For Mac user: The conversion speed of TuneFab Apple Music Converter (Mac) has become slower than before. Actually, it's not just TuneFab, but all similar Apple Music Converters in the market are having the same situation.
The main reason for the slower conversion speed is that Apple has improved their system in the previous iTunes and Mac update. So we've made changes in the software accordingly to make sure that it can work with the latest iTunes and Mac system. If we can find a better solution later, we will update the software immediately. Please allow us some time.
For Windows user: You can adjust the conversion speed from 1X to 16X by following the steps here: go to Options > Convert > Adjust audio conversion speed. 1X to 5X conversion speed is recommended to avoid conversion error.
+Q10. When I launch the software, iTunes runs automatically. Can I quit it?
TuneFab Apple Music Converter needs to work with iTunes. It's necessary for iTunes to play the files in background during the whole conversion process. So please do not quit iTunes, otherwise the conversion will be failed because of the playing interrupted.
+Q11. Apple Music songs didn't show up in TuneFab Apple Music Converter, why?
First, please make sure that you've downloaded your Apple Music songs from Cloud. It means all the music should be downloaded and stored in the local hard drive of your computer.
Second, please make sure that your music files are available in iTunes music library.
Thirdly, please click on the "Refresh" button to update the songs in TuneFab. If the problem still exists, please contact TuneFab support team.
+Q12. How to solve "Playback error" problem when converting?
If you see this error, please:
1. Update iTunes to the latest version.
2. Most importantly, make sure you've downloaded all the iTunes songs or Apple Music songs on your computer (local folder). If an Apple Music track hasn't been downloaded in iTunes, a small download button will be displayed in iTunes Music library. You can also find the downloaded Apple Music on Windows 7/8/8.1/10 from \Users\username\Music\iTunes\Apple Music.
3. Please try to authorize iTunes on your computer again. On your iTunes, click Account > Authorizations > Authorize This Computer... Then, log in with iTunes with Apple ID and password again and restart Apple Music Converter. Please enter the Apple ID and password that you use to subscribe Apple Music.
4. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of TuneFab Apple Music Converter. If you are not sure, you can directly update your software by downloading it from our official website.
+Q13. I converted an audiobook to MP3 with TuneFab and it plays well in my iTunes library, but it fail to be uploaded to iCloud library,why?
Before you syncing the converted audiobook file to Apple Watch via iCloud music library, please cut the long audiobook into small file. Because if the file size is larger than 200MB, you won't be able to sync the music. Here is why:

Only songs smaller than 200 MB or shorter than 2 hours are added to iCloud Music Library.

+Q14. Why can't I convert multiple songs at once? It always stops converting at some point.
First, please make sure that you are using the latest version of TuneFab Apple Music Converter and iTunes.
Second, you can try to convert less number of songs at a time, for example, you can convert 10 or 20 songs at once. Sometimes, too many songs (for example, 100 songs) may be cumbersome. Also, please make sure that all of your Apple Music songs have been downloaded and saved on your computer (but not your iOS device). Otherwise, the program would fail to convert them.
Finally, make sure that your iTunes is working fine during the conversion and not be disrupted by pop-up error or pop-up message.
+Q15. Some of the converted songs skip in certain parts, why?
Try to slow down the conversion speed. The maximum speed is 16X faster, but it will easily cause conversion error if the conversion speed is too fast. You can change the conversion speed easily: go to Options > Convert > Adjust audio conversion speed and select from 1X to 5X.
+Q16. It seems that the conversion process stops after a short amount of time unsupervised. How do I set this program to run without stopping?
The solution is to go to System Preferences > Energy Saver, and then adjust the computer sleep settings. Make sure to set the screen-saver to Never, and left the computer sleep at Never.
+Q17. The output quality is unsatisfied, how to improve the output sound quality?
Please set the output format as MP3 and Bitrate as 256 kbps. and slow down the converting speed. After the conversion, the quality will not be compromised, unless you lower the bitrate to 128 kbps or 192 kbps. Since the Apple Music bit rate is 256 kbps, you'd better select the output bitrate as 256kbps.
+Q18. Can I register TuneFab Apple Music Converter on two or more computers?
