TuneFab WeTrans is able to detect your iOS device automatically once the device is connected. However, if you find that your device like iPhone, iPad or iPod is not detected by WeTrans, please read through this guide to get the proper solution.
When you connect your iOS device to PC with the USB cable and find that the device is not connected or detected by WeTrans, you can fix the issue by doing the followings.
#1. Make sure that you have downloaded or updated iTunes to the latest version. If you are using a Windows PC, please go to Apple's official website to install the latest version of iTunes. If you are using Mac, then you can get the latest version of iTunes from the App Store.
#2. If you have already downloaded the latest version of iTunes yet your iOS device is still not detected by WeTrans, then please try to disconnect the USB cable from both iOS device and PC. After that, reconnect your device and PC with the USB cable. Or you can use other USB cable for testing.
#3. Please make sure that your iOS device is not in the recovery mode or DFU mode.
