Step 1. It's simple to upload the local music files you have on your PC/Mac:
For Win: Click "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Local Files" > "ADD A SOURCE" in your Spotify Music program.
For Mac: Click "Spotify" > "Preferences".
Step 2. Browse and locate the folder where your music files are in. Hit on "OK" to select it.
Step 1. In your iTunes playlists, go to "Edit" > "Preference" > "Advanced" and choose "Share iTunes Library XML with other applications."

Step 1. In the "Now Playing mode" of Windows Media Player. Move your mouse over the album art and you will see a "Rip CD" button as below.
Step 2. There are 2 options: "Rip CD" and "Rip settings" at the top in "Library mode". All the music detected will be shown and ticked by default. Uncheck those you don't need.
Note: Before you start ripping CD, there are a few configurations you need:
#1. Internet connection is needed to allow Windows Media Player to fix your ID3 tags automatically.
#2. Go to "Rip settings" > "Format" to set up the output format. Tick "MP3" and move on.
#3. Go to "Rip settings" > "Audio Quality" to set up the audio quality. It's 128Kbps by default and you can set 192 Kbps for higher quality. However, the higher the numbers are, the larger size will be.
Step 3. Start ripping CD to MP3 by clicking on "Rip CD" at the top to start the ripping process.
Step 4. After the ripping process ends, your CD music files are all set to MP3 files. Now, you can go back to Part 2 we've mentioned above to transfer songs to Spotify.
