How to Play DVD on Android

By Zoe Clarke

July 12, 2018

As we all know, Android, like Samsung Galaxy S8, does not come with DVD drive/reader. Users can only watch videos in supported formats like AVI, FLV, MP4, M4V, MKV, MOV, etc. If you want to play DVD video on Android, you will first need to rip DVD to MP4 or another format that is compatible with your Android phone. Only then can you successfully play the video on the device. To achieve this goal, you need a powerful DVD ripping tool.

TuneFab DVD Ripper is highly recommended. This is a program well known for its high ability to rip DVD disc to any compatible format. During ripping, TuneFab DVD Ripper will first copy the raw file and then rip it into other formats so that the raw item will not be damaged. In addition, you can edit videos with the assistance of the built-in editor. The program is easy to navigate and use. You can easily get to know what to do following the real time prompts.
