YouTube Audio Extractor - How to Rip Audio from YouTube

2. Steps to Record Audios from YouTube

Step 1. Launch TuneFab Screen Recorder on PC

Part 2. How to Record Audio from YouTube with Audacity

Audacity is not only an audio recorder, but also an excellent audio editor. You can edit the audios as you wish after recording the audio.

Step 1. Download and install Audacity on your computer.

Step 2. Configure the software to record audio from your computer by going to "Edit" > "Preferences...".

Step 3. A pop-up interface will be shown as below asking you to configure the sound settings. Go to "Devices" > "Preferences" > "Recording".

Step 4. Go to "Devices" > "stereo mix" and make sure the channel to stereo is set by selecting the option 2 (stereo). Save the changes and click "OK."

Step 5. Open the YouTube program you want on your browser and fully preload it. Then, hit on the red REC icon to start recording YouTube.

Step 6. After the recording is over, it's time to export the recording by choosing an output format. Go to "File" > "Export" > "mp3 files". Enter the file name you want and click "Save".
