First of all, please make sure that you have downloaded and installed the correct product TuneFab DVD Ripper on your PC/Mac. Then, make sure that you have entered the licensed code and licensed email correctly without empty space. To avoid mistake, please directly copy/paste the registration code.
+Q2. What can I do if I lost my registration code?

+Q3. What are the limitations of the free trial version?
The free trial version of TuneFab DVD Ripper comes with the following limitations:
1. For the more than 5 minutes file, you could only convert 5 minutes of it.
2. For the less than 5 minutes file, you could only convert half of it.
3. You couldn’t enable Intel App Acceleration.
+Q4. What's the benefit of a registered version?
If you are a registered user, there will be no conversion time limitation, and you can enjoy lifetime free technical support and upgrades.
+Q5. How to load DVD folders and IFO files?
Launch the program, then click "Load DVD". Now select "Load DVD Folder", or "Load DVD IFO Files" to load the files into the program from your hard drive or disc.
+Q6. How to fix it if the program fails to load a DVD?
You can do the followings to solve the problem:
1) Uninstall the program and restart the computer. After that, delete the folder where you install the program and download the program again for installation.
2) Close the anti-virus program when downloading.
3) When the setup is done, please right-click the icon and choose "Run as administrator."
4) Update the DVD drive on the computer. You can right-click "My Computer" on the desktop and select "Manage" > "Device Manager" > "DVD/CD-ROM drives" to find the DVD drive and right-click the drive to update it.

+Q7. How to rip different DVD movies into one file?
After you add the DVD movies into the program, you can tick on the box near "Merge into one file" then the program will convert the DVD videos you selected into one file after you click on the "Convert" button.

Yes, sure. It allows you to rip both homemade and commercial DVDs to various video and audio formats, such as WMV, MP4, MOV, FLV, MPEG, AVI, MP3, etc.
+Q9. Can I remove the unwanted DVD frames in the output files with this DVD Ripper?
Of course you can. This program allows you to edit video before ripping the DVD movie. For example, you can trim the video length by setting the start time and end time in the "Clip" window. You are also allowed to adjust video settings like Anaglyph, Split Screen, Contrast, etc.

IFO, short for InFOrmation, is a type of DVD file that stores information about chapter, subtitles and audio tracks. IFO information is a video title set (VTS). When the disc is accessed with a DVD-ROM, you will see two directories presented: AUDIO_TS (audio title set) and VIDEO_TS (video title set).
An IFO file is one of the three types of files that are used in DVDs. From the IFO file, you can see many important navigational information, including video chapter, audio and subtitle streams, etc. IFO files are not encrypted.
+Q11. What's the difference between D5 and D9 DVDs?
The major difference between D5 and D9 DVDs is that, D9’s capacity is larger than D5’s.
A D5 disc is single side single layer. It holds about 4,700,000,000 bytes and that is 4.37 computer GB where 1 kbytes is 1024 bytes. On the other hand, a D9 disc is single side dual layer. It holds around 8,540,000,000 bytes and that is 7.95 computer GB.
