+Q1. What're the limitations of a free trial version?

With the free trial version, you can only convert the first 3 minutes of each song. And you can use the free trial version for 30 days.

+Q2. What are the supported formats of TuneFab Apple Music Converter Lite?

Supported audio input: Apple Music M4P, iTunes Protected AAC, iTunes Purchased AAC, MP3, M4A, AIFF and WAV.

Supported output formats for Windows: MP3, AC3, M4A, AAC, AIFF, FLAC, AU.

Supported output formats for Mac: MP3, M4A, FlAC.

+Q3. How to activate TuneFab Apple Music Converter Lite?

Just enter your licensed email and license key in the pop-up free-trial window and then click "Activate". If it says, "Activation successful!", then the software is fully activated.

+Q4. How to solve the problem of "Activation Failed"?

First, please make sure that you've entered the correct license key.

Second, if the license key is correct, then check if you are activating the correct version of the software. (The software has both Windows and Mac version)

Third, if both the license key and software version are correct yet activation failed, then please contact TuneFab support team for help.

+Q5. How many computers can I activate my license on?

It depends on what kind of license that you've purchased. If you buy a personal license, then you can only activate the license on one computer. If you buy a family license, then you can activate the same license on up to five computers.

+Q6. Can I transfer my license to a new computer?

If you want to transfer your license to a new computer, please contact TuneFab support team.

+Q6. What can I do if I fail to receive my license key?

When the payment is done, you will receive the order email and license key from us. The license key will be included in the email attachment file named key.htm. So please download the key.htm file and open it, you will find your license key there.

If you cannot find the key.htm file, please check the followings:

#1 Please check that if you have entered a correct email address for purchasing the software. Normally, the receipt and the license key will be sent to your licensed email directly.

#2 Please check the spam folder in your email.

#3 Manually resend the order email and license key:
1) Go to this website: https://www.mycommerce.com/shopper-support/
2) Go to Order Search and enter your email address and order ID in the empty box. After that, click on "Search". Then you will be directed to a page that shows the detail information of your order.
3) You can re-deliver the order email and the license key (the key is stored in a key.htm file) to your correct email address.

#4 Retrieve TuneFab license directly
1) Go to the license retrieval page to get back your license key.
2) Enter your order ID and registered E-mail and then click to Submit to get back your license key.

+Q7. What conversion speed does TuneFab Apple Music Converter support?

Windows: It supports 5X conversion speed on Windows.

macOS: It supports both 1X and 5X conversion speed on macOS.

+Q8. TuneFab fail to read iTunes library, how can I solve this problem?

First, make sure that you've downloaded Apple Music songs from iTunes to your computer. The music files should be stored in both iTunes library and the local hard drive of your computer.

Second, please check if the songs are playable in iTunes. If these songs can't play normally in iTunes, make sure that your computer is authorized with the same Apple ID that you used for Apple Music subscription.

Third, click the "Refresh" button to re-load the music from iTunes.

If the problem still exists, please contact TuneFab support team for help.

+Q9. How to solve the problem of "Conversion failed?"

First, make sure that you've downloaded Apple Music songs from iTunes to your computer. The music files should be stored in both iTunes library and the local hard drive of your computer.

Second, please check if the songs are playable in iTunes. If these songs can't play normally in iTunes, make sure that your computer is authorized with the same Apple ID that you used for Apple Music subscription.
